Charles Boehm - Regional Director of Construction @ The Kroger Co. - Mr. Boehm is the Regional Director of Construction for The Kroger Co., the U. S. second-largest retailer. Mr. Boehm joined Kroger as a Project Engineer in 1979 after graduating from Memphis State (Now known as The University of Memphis) with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has served as Maintenance Manager in Cincinnati and was Head of Engineering for Welcome (an experimental warehouse concept of Kroger). He participated in the financial restructuring of the company in 1987 and has vast experience surrounding M&A activity. Additionally, Mr. Boehm has held positions of Division Manager of Engineering in Dallas and Division Manager of Engineering in the Delta Marketing area, where he was responsible for all construction and maintenance activity. Since 2005, he has overseen an allocation of over $500M in capital projects each year. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing Kroger's development pipeline of shopping centers, warehouses, convenience stores, and fuel centers throughout the Southeast and Rocky Mountain areas of the U.S. He is a past board member of the Memphis Junior Chamber of Commerce and owner of Boehm Investment Properties, a residential property Investment firm.

Joseph Shua-Haim - Founder & CEO @ Jet.Build - Joseph earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Since then, he has managed over $200M in ground-up construction for RE developments in multiple states. Today, Joseph is the CEO of Jet.Build (https://jet.build), a project management software for RE Development and Construction with over $1B in construction on the platform. In addition to Jet.Build, Joseph provides project management consulting services to RE developers throughout all stages of a project.
